Angela Sun, an American journalist and television sportscaster as well as documentary filmmaker. Angela Sun, a journalist and sportscaster who has won accolades for her work at Santa Clara County California was born on 19 October 1979. She earned her degree from the University of California with a diploma in communications and sociology. Sun had outstanding surfing skills. After participating in several pro-am surfing events, she was sponsored by Roxy Reef Billabong Vans and many other large companies. Sun was enticed into the world of entertainment because of the recognition she received. Later, she became an investigative filmmaker and journalist, as well as a sportscaster. Sun has been employed by a variety of news networks, mostly as anchor. Sun was employed by Fox Sports Net as a reporter from 2003. In 2012 she hosted American Ninja Warrior with Matt Iseman & Jonny Moseley. Sun was host of The Yahoo Sports Minute from between 2014 and 2015. Sun is the first Asian American person to have appeared as a host on ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports Tennis Channel. Sun's acting skills have earned her notoriety. Sun was in films like Goliath (2016) and Hit the Floor(2014-2016) An Ideal Getaway(2009), Shackled (2005), Street Kings (2008) and Glowsticks and Drumsticks (2004). Sun's feature-length documentary Platic Paradise The Great Pacific Garbage Patch was a documentary about the effects of pollution caused by plastics on oceans. She created, wrote and directed the film herself.
