Andrea Jeremiah
Andrea Maria Jeremiah is an Indian actress, playback singer and musician, who is mostly in Tamil as well as Malayalam film languages. Annayum, a Malayalam film made her Malayalam debut as an actor. Andrea Jeremiah, born to an Anglo-Indian family from Arakkonam Tamil Nadu. Andrea Jeremiah's father works as a lawyer in the Madras High Court. There is also one younger sister, who works as a research associate in Leuven Belgium. Jeremiah was born near Chennai and attended National Public School and graduated from Women's Christian College. Andrea was able to learn the piano classically in her 8th year. Young Stars was the Jackson Five band Andrea joined after turning 10 years old. The band led her to her debut singing career and her early musical composition. At her university she was also a theater artist and performed in stage shows organized by The Madras Players. Andrea was president of Women's Christian College's Student Senate. Andrea's career in theatre began with the play of Girishkarnad Nagamandala. In 2006, she was a part-time actress in a new leo advertisement along with actor Shiva. Also, she was a part of the serial that was broadcast on Podhigai channel. She has appeared in all parts of India. She played a minor role in the Kanda Mudhal final (2005). She sang in a song to Gautham Vasudev's Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu. He asked her to be one of his lead female characters on Pachaikili Muthucharam. Andrea portrays Kalyani who is a wife and mother of a man with an affair. Andrea was part of the cast in the aftermath of Simran, Tabu, and Tabu had been approached. The film was released in the early part of 2010, In August 2011 Venkat Prabhu launched his multi-starrer Mankatha. It was her turn to fill a smaller part in the film. Annayum Rasoolum is a romantic movie directed by Rajeeev Ravi, which was released in 2013, marked the actress's Malayalam debut.
